Return and Refund Policy

With all of our products, our major goal is to provide complete client pleasure. If a product is defective, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it. After we receive the item returned from you, we will provide a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Validity of the Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 15 days. If 15 days have gone since the delivery date, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

A refund is available for an unused and undamaged product. In addition, the product must be packaged in its original state. For your return to be processed properly, you must include a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Partial Refund:

There are certain scenarios when money may only be partially repaid when things are returned (if possible):

We are not liable for parts that are damaged or missing due to circumstances beyond our control.

Items that have been returned for more than fifteen days.

We’ll send you an email once we’ve received and checked your return to let you know it’s been received. You will be notified whether your refund has been granted or rejected. Within 5 business days, you will get a refund, and the credit will be transferred to your original credit card or payment method within another 5 business days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received your return yet, double-check that your bank account is still open. Contact your credit card company and wait a few days if the refund hasn’t been formally published. Your bank may be able to assist you. A specific length of processing time must occur before recovery may be released. Items on Sale (if applicable):

Only things purchased at regular pricing can be reimbursed, not items purchased on sale. In some situations, exceptions can be made.

Exchanges (if any): 

We will replace any item that is defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the identical item, please email us at [email protected].

Change of Mind:

In the event of a broken or incorrectly delivered product, returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges:

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods. The cost of shipping cannot be refunded. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. If you reside in a rural place, you may have to wait longer for your mutual goods. You should utilise a shipping service to track your delivery or get shipping insurance. Please keep in mind that we cannot promise that your returned goods will be received.

Cancellation of Orders:

You have the right to cancel your order during the first 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations will be assessed a restocking fee of ten dollars.

Any order may be processed at any time of day or night, and we reserve the right to do so. We cannot guarantee that orders will be cancelled. By emailing [email protected], you can cancel your order.

Changing in Orders:

You have 24 hours after placing your order to alter it.

You are not eligible for a refund unless you meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Your order is not delivered at all.
  2. The order was placed less than 24 hours ago!
